Refund policy

We aim to make returns stress-free for our customers. To facilitate this, we provide a return shipping label at no additional cost. Simply print the label, attach it to the package you are returning, and send it off, free of charge.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Purchases must be made through our direct website: Mouselle.com.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unused and in their original condition, including the original Mouselle.com product packaging and tags.

Process:

  • Return Window: All purchases must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

Exclusions:

  • Third-Party Marketplaces: We do not accept returns or honor warranty claims for products purchased through Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other third-party marketplaces.
  • Authorized Retailers: We will not accept returns for items purchased directly from a retailer or honor warranty claims for items purchased through overseas retailers.
